Quick And Easy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall is here and that means one thing. #PUMPKINSPICELATTES

If you’re a busy mama like me, you don’t have time or money to waste on 1-2 starbucks per day. Luckily, this recipe is so easy and yummy you won’t be missing your starbucks run anymore!

Here is quick and easy way to whip up your own pumpkin spice latte from home. I made this one vegan but you can choose to use whichever milk product you like. As well, I use a nespresso at home (which I highly recommend and need to do a blog post about this machine and how it’s life changing) but you can use whichever coffee machine you have.

And here is the 2 minute recipe.

– 1 cup of medium to strong blend of coffee
– 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
– 1/2 cup of Soy Milk (Soy is creamier than almond so it works perfectly in coffee)
– Pumpkin Spice (I use one from Trader Joe’s)
– Sugar to taste

Pour your medium blend coffee 1/2 to 3/4 full. Whip up soy milk in the aerocinno or heat it up over the stove. Add the pumpkin to your glass, add sugar to your taste preference and pour the milk on top. Shake pumpkin spice on top and THATS IT! Easy Peazy!

I personally prefer iced drinks over hot no matter the time of year, so in my version I’ve added a handful of ice and frothed the milk on the cold setting in my aerocinno. MMM ! So delicious!
